Window Guard Forms are due!
You are required by law to have window guards installed in all windows* if a child 10 years of age or younger
lives in your apartment.
*Except windows giving access to fire escapes or windows on the first floor that are required means of egress from the
dwelling unit
Peeling Lead Paint can also be a hazard to children!
Please return the Window Guard form to the Office immediately and no later than February 15, 2025!
