Effective May 1st, 2025, all apartments within our Cooperative must be equipped with a new natural gas detector. Our Maintenance Staff will be conducting the installations.
There will be no charge to you directly for the unit or its installation as your Board of Officers budgeted for this expense in the 2025 budget. The installation process will be conducted in a timely and efficient manner, with minimal disruption to your daily routine.
Please email the office at Office@Northridgecoop2.com or call the office at (718) 639-1000 to set up a date and time for your installation. Installations will be offered seven days a week from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.
